Aged 25, I worked as a researcher for Tony Leathem between 2009-2011. He was sexist and dismissive - asking me to bring in my baking (despite me saying I did not bake) and repeatedly commenting on my appearance, along with saying that the women should have dress competitions. I was told that I should be spending evenings and weekends doing extra work, and when signed off on stress leave, harassed on my personal email. I will never forget how vile he is.
